Activities

VeRoLog Conferences

The EURO Working Group on Vehicle Routing and Logistics Optimization will organize an annual meeting, starting from 2012. The meeting is open to group members and scientists from all over the world with talks by researchers and practitioners. Meeting organization and structure will favour the large participation of group members and best submitted papers will be collected into high quality volumes.

The meeting organization will coordinate with Europe-based conferences like ODYSSEUS, as well as other international conferences like TRISTAN in order to reduce overlaps. The working group will actively promote the participation of its members to EURO conferences, by collaborating with the programme committee, favouring the submission of sessions and possibly proposing relevant speakers.

The first VeRoLog Conference took place in Bologna, June 18-20, 2012.

The second VeRoLog Conference took place in Southampton, July 7-10, 2013.
